U.S. Marines AH-1W Super Cobra

Indian Ocean, 11 April 2004 — An AH-1W Super Cobra assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron Seven Seven Three (HMLA-773) lifts from the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1). The 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) and Wasp are currently on deployment as part of Expeditionary Strike Group Two (ESG 2) in the 5th Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR).
