Arabian Sea, 22 September 2004 — The guided missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70) cruises in the Arabian Sea during the exercise Inspired Siren 2004. The exercise will focus on joint naval and air capabilities, improving their respective levels of readiness, interoperability and enhancing military relations between the two nations.
