At sea with USNS San Jose (T-AFS 7), 06 February 2003 — The combat stores ship San Jose pulls alongside USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) to begin an underway replenishment (UNREP). Kitty Hawk is the world’s only permanently forward deployed aircraft carrier and operates out of Yokosuka, Japan.
