USS Shiloh, 23 June 2000 — A 25-year old crew chief from Honolulu mans his M-60 machine gun during a strafing run as his SH-60B Sea Hawk attacks a target ship. Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light Forty Nine assigned to USS Shiloh (CG 67) had just successfully fired a Penguin anti-ship missile from their aircraft during this live fire evolution.
