Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, 25 January 2002 — Marines of Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment (BLT 3/5), fast rope from a helicopter assigned to Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron-262, Reinforced (HMM-262). Both units recently joined the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit to serve as its ground combat and aviation combat elements, respectively.
