SH-60H Sea Hawk

At sea aboard USS Nimitz (CVN 68) 16 January 2003 — An SH-60H Sea Hawk assigned to the “Indians” of Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron 6 (HS-6), transports ordnance back and forth from the Military Sealift Command ship USNS Walter S. Diehl (T-AO-193) to Nimitz during a morning vertical replenishment (VERTREP). Nimitz is currently undergoing Composite Unit Training Exercise (COMPTUEX) off the coast of San Diego. COMPTUEX is an exercise designed to train the ship, air wing and other vessels in the battle group to function as one fighting force.
