USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), 23 January 2005 — A CH-46E Sea Knight Helicopter from HMM-162 (REIN) prepares to land on the flight deck of USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) during the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Expeditionary Strike Group Exercise. The exercise is one of the final events in the MEU’s workup cycle before its scheduled deployment in March.
