Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, 20 March 2006 — Airmen at Kirtland AFB, N.M., prepare to greet Lt. Gen. Michael W. Wooley, commander of the Air Force Special Operations Command. General Wooley delivered the Air Force's first operational CV-22 Osprey to the 58th Special Operations Wing.
