United States Marine Corps MH-53E Sea Dragon
Atlantic Ocean, 17 March 2006 —
A MH-53E Sea Stallion helicopter assigned to Helicopter Mine Countermeasure Squadron One Four (HM-14) is directed to depart the flight deck aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Saipan (LHA 2). The helicopter is performing “touch and go” flight operations in order for the ship and squadron to meet all qualification standards to maintain deployment readiness.
