U.S. Navy MH-53E Sea Dragon
Persian Gulf, 08 May 2006 —
Flight deck personnel race forward with chocks and chains to secure an MH-53E Sea Dragon assigned to Helicopter Mine Support Squadron One Five (HM-15) on to the flight deck aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier
USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76).
Reagan and embarked Carrier Air Wing One Four (CVW-14) are currently deployed as part of a routine rotation of U.S. maritime forces in support of the global war on terrorism, as well as conducting Maritime Security Operations (MSO) in the region.
