Atlantic Ocean, 13 March 2006 — Flight deck personnel attach a cargo pendant to a MH-60S Seahawk helicopter on the flight deck aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Saipan (LHA 2). The helicopter is conducting a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) in order to meet squadron and ship qualification standards to maintain deployment readiness.
