SA-330 Puma

Persian Gulf, 26 October 2006 — A SA-330 Puma helicopter is directed to lift off the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Saipan (LHA 2) during Vertical Replenishment with the Military Sealift Command (MSC) combat stores ship USNS Spica (T-AFS 9). Saipan is currently on deployment in the 5th Fleet Area of responsibility (AOR) conducting maritime security operations (MSO).
