USS Enterprise, 17 April 1999 — A CH-46D Sea Knight helicopter, assigned to the fast combat support ship USS Detroit (AOE 4), conducts a vertical replenishment (Vert-Rep) and ammunition off-load with USS Enterprise (CVN 65). Enterprise is completing a deployment to the Gulf in support of Operation Southern Watch.
