Fier, Albania, 07 May 1999 — Minesweep Helicopter Squadron 15, deployed on the USS Inchon (MCS 12), delivers passengers to Camp Hope in Fier, Albania. Camp Hope is being built by the United States to house ethnic Albanians who have been forced out of Kosovo.
